Enter your order number and zip code into our online portal to initiate your request and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Prepaid Label
Select whether you would like an exchange or a full refund; we will immediately generate a prepaid USPS shipping label for you to download.
Package Your Frames
Place your glasses in their original protective case and packaging to prevent damage during transit, then secure the prepaid label to the outside of the box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new frames within 3-5 business days.
